既intel大连存储工厂.
目前intel闪存市场占比约11%,收购方韩国sk hynix既海力士同样专注储存领域,希捷近期上市的xsx外置ssd亦使用的海力士4D NAND颗粒,但主要资源倾斜在内存颗粒方面.本次收购后有望与三星镁光等龙头企业抗衡.

如果成功韩系在NAND市场的话语权比重将继续上升，担心会不会又搞价格垄断，这个南棒子很拿手...

分批买，先用70亿购买SSD业务和大连工厂，然后2025年用20亿购买剩余NAND晶圆厂、IP、员工
SK hynix will acquire from Intel the NAND SSD business (including NAND SSD-associated IP and employees), as well as the Dalian facility, with the first payment of US $7 billion. SK hynix will acquire from Intel the remaining assets, including IP related to the manufacture and design of NAND flash wafers, R&D employees, and the Dalian fab workforce, upon a final closing, expected to occur in March 2025 with the remaining payment of US $2 billion.
