首先我必须声明,也许这篇文章回很长,因为事情处理的周期太长
但是请大家耐心看完 并能支持我继续维护一个普通玩家的权利....
我不得不承认,做为做为一个大陆地区X0的玩家,我们不能完全享受到MS给我们带来的服务.
三红维修困难,游戏购买渠道不畅,区域下载限制等等
但是这些都不能阻止我们对游戏的热爱,我们可能会花上几倍的时间和精力还达到愿望.
过程是艰难的,但结果是幸福的! 这也许就是我们大多数人坚持下来的原因吧...(废话好多)
我可以忍受不公正的待遇,但是我不能忍受欺骗...欺骗...一再的欺骗.
某些人或者是销售商的态度确让我有掀桌的冲动.....还是那句话:做人要厚道.

一切都源于这张2月底在play-asia花$64.9买的cod4,寄来的时候摸包装已经发现不对,打开发现果然不对.外壳已经破损....damn. 心想play-asia毕竟是大网站,反应过去可能会有办法解决.
于是拍照,留念 第二天在网站上留了言.
第三天果然有回复来了,要我把相片发过去给他们. 恩..照做(心怀侥幸)
第四天有回复了....原文如下:

We certainly understand your frustration for this issue, however, please kindly understand that we are out of control once items shipped out, beside economic shipment usually forced parcel in a crowded environment. For this issue, we can compensate you a new X-Box360 game and we are appreciate to put the replacement in your next purchase. Please accept our apology and please feel free to reply this e-mail before your next order.
Should you have further inquiries on this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

看到这里大家都明白了play-asia说由于运输过程难以控制表示道歉,但仍要要补偿我一张新游戏.
噢...不亏是大网站,果然重视消费者的权利.(我傻啊...当初怎么就信了)
事不宜迟怕人家反悔,马上上网选了一张新游戏并把货物编号回复过去.
哪知这赔偿成了一个无尽骗局...
隔日那边告知付款时选'manual payment',就可以了
又过三日回复:
Sorry for the delay reply. We will put the replacement case into this order.
Beside, please feel free to log into your Play-Asia account and click on this order to complete the payment.
If you have saved your credit card information, the payment will be reserved immediately.
好消息.赔偿物已经在流程上了.只要记录了上次信用卡消费的信息,一切都好办,
于是恶梦由此开始.......
三日后上网发现play-asia 说我的信用卡无法支付....怪事.不是免费的replacement case 吗?
干嘛还要我信用卡付钱?货物一直处于'manual payment'中的未付款状态.
不清楚原因?于是回复email过去问...过了三天换了个人回复我:
I am sorry that the payment for the order #9966037 is still not received by us yet. Would you like to refer the payment email and continue the payment in near future?
还要我付钱...玩我是吧?
再发邮件过去....不理我
再发....还是不理我 ..最后货物由于长时间不付款被取消.
过了一个星期,实在气的不行,上网站给play-asia各服发了邮件.直接告诉他们我手上有你们同意补偿的证据,如果不给我补偿将把证据公布出来并通过法律途径解决.(确实..我现在是这么做了)
两日后,那个原先接待我的人现身.他说道:
We regret to inform that order #9966037 had been cancelled as we cannot
confirm your payment. If possible, please reply this message with your future order and we can still put the X-Box360 replacement case in the order as promised. Sorry for the inconvenience.
GOD...你终于出现了.好把我再相信你一次.再选了新游戏把货号发过去.并希望那边能确定完成交易.
按照他们说的又选了'manual payment'方式付款.
二日后此人又说:
Thank you for your reply.
May we please to have the payment details such as receipt number, paid
amount and the payment issue date regards to your bank transaction?
Thanks.
要receipt number?(收据号码) payment issue date ?(付款问题发生的时间?)
我怎么知道..上次的交易订单你们都删掉了,免费赔偿还找我要收据号码? 没付款哪来的收据?
现在开始我觉得play-asia一直在刁难我 当然不排除个人行为的可能.
实在不解...又耐着性子询问(我感觉这事又要黄了)
果然....有是和上回一样的结果.又要我付钱

好吧我放弃了,你们根本就没想要去补偿我的损失.所有的一切仅仅是一次又一次的欺骗,拿各种问题来为难我.如果当初就没想负责,干嘛装作一幅很重视的样子. 你们只不过把买的东西发出去,其他的一概不管.
那么我只能这样做了,让大家知道一切..........
PLAY-ASIA 有不会在你们这再卖任何东西
感谢大家看完我的唠叨,我也只能在这里发泄一下我的不满.并希望能得到大家的支持..
希望大家能出谋划策.同时一起鄙视 PLAY-ASIA 这种不诚信的行为.
