Thank you for contacting Bethsoft Technical Support. We are just as excited as you are about the recent announcement of Fallout 4!
Unfortunately, I cannot be of assistance to you at this time; we here at technical support do not have further information on upcoming products, or what languages they will be available in, from our development studios.
Some advice I'd give you is to keep an eye on all of the official Bethesda and Fallout related social media channels (and as you've seen, it doesn't hurt to follow some of our PR people either - Pete Hines is a particularly frequent Tweeter, much to the delight of many Fallout fans!). A good place to start is with the Bethesda Twitter, Fallout Twitter, Fallout Facebook page and the official Bethblog .
In-Game Tech support does not have any other information available beyond the previously mentioned outlets.
I really hope that there is good news for you, and that the game is released in China. Hopefully they will announce the languages the game is going to be available in soon, so you can know!
I will be forwarding your request for a Chinese version to exist to our Feedback team, so they will take it into account.
