说实话，第一句没看懂，语法有点混乱，建议用多个短句来表达。

首先要注意 时态 。 然后 再一个点  一个点 地 写出来。 连着 写 ，读者 很难 明白 你的 意图

翻译的不错，但过渡不好，有些句式还需要斟酌一下。个人愚见：

Install all the components of the machine correctly according to the list. After that, plug in power supply and make sure it can work. Then, adjust the position of light path so as to meet the requirement of default laser power. Finally, adjust parameters via software in order to make the effect of marking meet the regular demand.
