First of all, we would like to inform you that due to the different language,
voltage standards and the system issues, Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.
(SCEI) has implemented a territorial-based distribution and support system
for its hardware, software, peripherals and network services.

首先, 我們想通知你, 因應不同語言、電壓、系列問題, SCE 對主機、軟件、配件、網絡實施了以地區成基礎的分區和系統支援

The news in the blog is not our official webpage, so we　cannot provide you
any information about the news.

該博客的新聞(鎖區)並非我們的官公網頁, 所以我們不能提供該新聞的相關消息

However, for the above reason, we SCEJ do not guarantee the proper operation
of the software(including UMD/DVD/BD/Downloaded contents) from other
region than Japan onto the Japanese PlayStation system since the operation
test has been done at each selling area. We ask all our users to play them
as a combined use their hardware and the software from same selling area.
