ban就不用想了，首先要做的是封堵漏洞。虽然日本人很变态，但也不至于第一件事是收集并ban机。

大概看了下，里面有涉及到破解的部分(英文大概就是未经SONY认证的各种行为)，SONY有处理的权利

他們有權背著你升了3.5

第一条是使用不被认可的周边，软件。
第二条是非法链接PSN。
我觉得玩盗版的都违反了第一条吧？然后最近用狗上PSN大多都是欺骗为3.50系统，是不是也违反了第二条？
最后SCE还写了只要没有受到法律的干预，SCE持有独自判断的权利。。。。

电子狗能不能出个锁定功能，让PS3无法自动升级，或者干脆不做任何改变
