　　無論是題材以及遊戲本身接受到國外媒體高度注目的FPS新作《烽火家園》，隨著發售日的到來，各家媒體的評側開始紛紛出爐，當然IGN也不例外。至於這分數是否合理，就交給玩家去評斷吧。

CLOSING COMMENTS
I liked Homefront a lot, and yet I acknowledge that the aspects of the game I like the most aren’t the most important in determining whether the game is great or not. Homefront is certainly one of the most unique shooters I’ve ever played, driven by an ingenious and surprisingly well-fleshed out plot and a dark and dreary, realistic setting. But it also controls and feels like a typical shooter, looks like a game that’s several years old, and most importantly, has an inexcusably brief campaign. Multiplayer is Homefront’s redeeming quality, and those gamers out there who are like me and swoon for alternate/future history settings should certainly look into it. However, if what you’re seeking is an upper-echelon shooter, keep looking, because Homefront isn’t what you’re searching for.

　　我非常喜歡《烽火家園》，但這不能決定他是否為一款經典之作。《烽火家園》是我玩過的射擊遊戲中作特別的一款，我對於遊戲的內容非常的融入，也很喜歡他灰暗的敘事方法。但遊戲的操作卻非常的典型，就像是幾年前的遊戲一般，重點是，單機模式實在太短了。幸好《烽火家園》的多人模式彌補了單機的不足，我和其他玩家一樣沉浸在那近未來的歷史設定中。若你想找一款大型的經典射擊遊戲，請再等一會兒吧，《烽火家園》絕對不是你想的那款遊戲。

If we’re talking strictly about the game’s plot, setting and characters, Homefront is a huge success. And I want to see more from this fictional universe.

Homefront isn’t ugly by any stretch of the imagination, but it looks rather bad if you place it next to the likes of graphics-pushing titles such as Killzone 3 or Cry** 2.
《烽火家園》的圖像不算醜陋，但擺在像是《殺戮地帶3》或是《末日之戰2》這些優秀的遊戲一起看的時候卻是差了一截。

I found the sound effects to be functional, and the voice-acting to be fitting. Nothing really stood out as being over-the-top good, though.

Homefront feels like your typical shooter. It’s fun, but it doesn’t do anything new or exciting.
《烽火家園》玩起來像是一般典型的射擊遊戲：有趣，但了無新意。

This is tough. Homefront’s single-player campaign is disappointingly short, but some of that deficit is made up by its robust multiplayer offerings.
儘管《烽火家園》的單機短的令人失望，但多人模式會令你沉迷一陣子。
