and the funds in it, to Sony Network

大概应该是SONY美国从电脑娱乐部众分出网络娱乐部负责运营所有在线服务，然后把所有在线服务，联网帐号及帐号余额转入此部门，并让玩家同意新的个人信息保密协议的意思吧。。。。。。
估计是想开始BAN机了。。。。。。
