Well I guess that is where our opinion differs from one to another.
The reason of having a dub is to facilitate the gaming process, which can release you from reading all those mumbo-jumbo, jibber-jabber bullshit subtitle. so long as you understand the language, that is.
What I believe is that japaneses are exaggerating the importance of CV, of course, you can use the word "commercialisation"...but when a seven-year-old child watches an animation, he will choose his mother tongue over the japanese.
Personally, my japanesel stays on a level of basic understanding, which means I still need a subtitle, whereas I can save one if it is an eng dub.
right...I just hate reading too much i guess...
what I feel hilarious, absurd and pathetic is the fact that some of my fellow citizen speak neither english nor japanese and yet they defend the latter, without even try the former one first...hence, ignorance is so last Windsday...LOL |
