我前两天也狂骂了一下美服的妹子：
About "welcome back"
It's so confused to me first that there two ps3 welcome back packs. I first thought there are 2 different combo packs of 5 free ps3 games that I can choose one of them then pick 2 games in the chosen pack. So I planned to choose the first pack: dead nation and infamous. But when I downloaded dead nation and came back. pack 1 disppeared. I spent 5 mins to find pack 1, but it was gone. Then I came to pack 2. I found there was also one dead nation there. But I have chosen pack 1 how can i choose pack 2? I tried, dead nation also can be downloaded in pack 2. Then I choose infamous and found I cannot select it. I came back to previous menu, then I found threre was no pack 2!!! After 10 mins, I realized that there were no pack 1 and pack 2. There was only 1 pack of 5 free games to pick 2. The first was pick 1 then the second was pick2. It was so confused to me. And why the system still display the game that I had already picked? This caused me to pick 2 same games which means I got only 1 free ps3 game!!! This is not my fault. It is too confused of your design and you didn't disable displaying the game I had already chosen. Sony keeps playing this little trick to save their money even in this apology free game pack. I didn't see any sincerity of your apology! This pissed me off the second time which the firstt time is playstation network were keeping crashing for a month. This nearly ruine my life!!! I want another free ps3 game back which infamous!!!

I do apologize for any incontinence you are having with the Welcome Back program. If you need information on how to redeem the Welcome Back offer for 2 free PS3 or 2 free PSP games, you will find a step by step walk through (with screen shots) at this link below:

To claim a title for each of the "Welcome Back Free..." selections if the icon is missing from the PlayStation Store, you need to perform the following steps:

- Exit PlayStation®Store.
- From the XMB, select: 'Account Management' > 'Transaction Management' > 'Services List' > 'SCEA Promotion'.
- PS3: Select 'Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 1' or 'Welcome Back Free PS3™ Game 2' (whichever product has remaining uses).
- PSP: Select 'Welcome Back Free PSP™ Game 1' or 'Welcome Back Free PSP™ Game 2' (whichever product has remaining uses).
- Press the 'Select Content' button and select your game.
