The investigations and subsequent actions taken by the Xbox LIVE enforcement team are conservative in nature. We work very hard to try to fully understand and analyze the activities done by each gamertag by looking at a variety of information. There are many factors that can lead to a gamertag being suspended and the details are found in the terms of use. The terms of use are displayed in our website for our customers' convenience, Microsoft takes full assumption that this information has been fully read and understood. We appreciate your understanding and patience in dealing with this matter.
I realize how important this gamertag is for you; yet, this is something that our system is unable to dispute. After a series of careful investigations, Xbox Support has found out that the gamertag has violated the terms of use. On the other hand, Xbox Support cannot reinstate a suspended member or provide details about the suspension. Additionally, the duration of a suspension is subject to change without prior notice by the LIVE Enforcement Team. A notification with the suspension end date has been sent to your email privately.
