谁英文好，能帮帮我吗

事情是这样的，我在美服买了个游戏，发现有恶性bug，详见这帖https://bbs.a9vg.com/thread-2063368-1-1.html
然后我联系了游戏厂商playrix，他们回复说PS版不是他们开发的，请找开发的公司，于是我费尽千辛万苦找到了开发的公司Boolat。

有谁能替我看看应该发邮件到哪个邮箱吗？我只找到了chigorin@boolat.com，邮件发过去两天了没给我回复，难道不是这个吗？
后来给playstation也发了邮件，他们也推脱说无法解决，让我等boolat回复，你妹啊！玩我呢

boolat这什么垃圾公司啊，哎，发邮件过去不给回复，找个联系方式也这么困难，游戏又不经过详细测试，哎，太小样了

= = 我又发了一封，我觉得不容易看懂不是他们不回复的理由吧。。。。再说了这个事情本来就很难描述啊。。。

Hello,
I don't know if you have received my previous mail about the bug of 4 elements.
If you have received the mail,can you please give me a response.
If I have to contact others,can you please show me the way.

I bought the "4 elements HD" on PS3.
My PS3 is Asis version,you know,different from US version,O means confirm,X means cancel.
In this game menu,I see,O is Confirm,X is Cancel.
But when the game begins,you should play with X.
When I reach stage 5,there's a "power-up" names "spade".
By holding L1 and press the triangle button,there is a spade icon near the finger,means I have chosen the "power-up".
Then I pressed O to use,there's no response,then I pressed X,it canceled!
I think this is a bug only appears on PS3 Asia version and with this bug I can't continue playing this game!

I understand that you are too busy for replying my previous mail.  But I need your help hand.  Playrix asked me to contact you directly.  If you believed that this is not your business, just tell me and I will stop that.

I bought the "4 elements HD" from PSN, but there is a problem for me.
My console is a Asia version , which the button setting are different from the US or EU one. US version used X bottom as confirm and X button as cancel and Asia version are reversed.
I understand that you have done something for Asian player. I see the Asian practice which O as confirmation and X as  cancellation in the game menu. I am pleased for it.  However ,when the game begins, it turns back to US practice. It is not a problem.

However, there is a "power-up" named "spade" at stage 5.
When I was holding L1 and pressed the triangle button, a spade icon appeared near the finger. I need to choose the "power-up" to continue my game.
However, if I pressed O, there was no response. If I pressed X, it just cancelled!
I think that may be a bug which only appears on the consoles which are Asia version. Because of that, I can't continue to play this game! I need your help.

會啊, 就算是自己做錯
被噴還是會惱羞, 此乃人性
所以當公關的都是沒人性

只要不是一擊脫離, 罵人也還是要帶技巧的....
