no, i emailed to Tecmo support team and they gave me the code....I got the CE from ebgames and they said I can go exchange..

Tecmo messed up really bad this time.. everyone who bought the ps3 Ninja Gaiden 3 CE don't have the Online Pass.
and they didn't say shit about the Online Pass missing issue in public yet.. I've emailed them yesterday, hope i'll get my code soon,
I ain't paying extra money for the thing i've already paid..
