same here....
this is the email address I use for "complain", and he actually did send me an online pass. I called ebgames this morning for an exchange and they said I can simply bring the whole package with my receipt...hope I can exchange a better figures...
this is the message I wrote:
Hi,
I am writing this email because I bought the Collector's Edition of Ninja Gaiden 3 on the Playstation 3 Home Entertainment System. Upon opening my product the sword on the Ryu Hayabusa statue was broken. Also I did not receive a code for a online pass. I bought the game new so obviously it should have came with the game. There is nothing on or in the manual with a code neither is there one on the receipt. As a big fan of your company and frequent buyer of your Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive Games I am highly disappointed in spending a 100 dollars on something that was broken and also a missing code. I would like a code for the online pass and perhaps a new statue. If this can't be done I will not buy any of your future products ever again.
