To whom it may concern,
Moments ago I received an E-mail regarding my PSN account (Harvestvik) from you. You notified me about your decision to suspend my account due to a violation of your user terms and conditions. I would say I completely understand your decision and my violation. I do, however, feel extremely disappointed, for you have not fully studied the issue and provided any evidence. Indeed, you do not have to do these things, as I have agreed to your terms that grant you the right to even terminate my account without my consent. But I wish that you reconsider this decision, since I deem this suspension to be an infringement of my rights and interest. Allow me to clarify the matter first, if you would.
Xx-buffalobobsXx, a PSN user, sent me an insulting message containing regional specification(China) to me after a brief online encounter involving both of us in the game Dark Souls. The encounter was normal. I do not know if you can retrieve our message history. Anyway, I did not insult him in my first two responses. However, as he continued his vacious behavior in the same fashion, I did send out a message including insulting content, which could possibly be the very evidence you based your decision on.
I personally do not hold any kind of antipathy towards any region or people from a certain region in the world. Notice that, I was the one who endured all these in the beginning, and fought back reluctantly when I had no choice. As quoted from your E-mail, your statement "Sony Computer Entertainment HK (SCEH) may terminate or suspend the account of that user to protect the interest of other PlayStation®Network members" reveals your goal. In this matter, I see myself as the initial victim. It was your goal, or responsibility, to protect my interest. But your customer services conversely chose to punish me, instead of the one who granted me a "memorable" life experience, as I had never expected to be insulted on such a seemingly safe online platform. In addition, you did not provide information or evidence that could serve as the support of your action.
Your customer services have continuously provided quality supports. But this time your decision to suspend my account was unacceptable and rather disappointing. Your could, of course, follow your code to overrule my claim. Nevertheless, I have to say- do please look into this matter more closely and ponder your decision seriously, I will appreciate it.
