Ps4 is at 900p, xb1 is at 720p. The reason why xb1 looks better is because this is a flawed comparison where contrast isn't equal. Because the xb1 has higher contrast, it looks better. If you were to turn the contrast on your tv up with the ps4, it would look nicer.
