默认值的改变，dlanor提到：
Apart from the new CNF format, this version also has some tweaked defaults, as follows:

1: IOP_reset is ON by default, so it works even without any CNF.

2: CDVD checking is OFF by default, so late model PS2s won't lock up if started with empty tray

3: The 'Circle' launch key will default to MISC/FileBrowser, to allow copying without having to edit settings. You can still change it, of course, but that's what it will default to when you don't have any CNF.

4: Screen colours now give black main text on white background, with grey submenus and borders, and red alerts and progress strings. But of course, those are just the new defaults. you can still edit them yourself.

默认关闭了检测光盘的设置，防止一些新型号的机器不放光盘启动而被锁定，差不多这个意思

应该是指没有检测到光盘而导致死机
