your security question could not be created找EA客服说了半天没解决,附上对话求助~

XBOXONE的FIFA14 UT模式一直不能玩,说我的账户无法被创建~“your security question could not be created”

查了一下,有碰到这个情况的朋友似乎一直无解····

无奈只能找了一下EA的客服,不过事情还是没有解决,贴上我和客服的对话,看下能不能帮到遇到同样遇到这个问题的朋友~

以下是我和客服的对话:

Wenceslao Jr.Alright, before anything else, please try these troubleshooting steps for your Xbox One:
Wenceslao Jr.-How To Powercycle An Xbox One

Power cycling/Clearing the cache of an Xbox ONE console is one of the first steps you should perform if a user is experiencing any issues with their connection or their KINECT peripheral working with an EA game.

Process:
Follow these steps in order to power cycle a Xbox One console:
1. While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.
2. The console will power down.
3. Unplug the power cord.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Plug the power cord back in then turn the console back on by touching the Xbox button
Note: If your console is set to the Instant-On power state, the above steps will shut the console completely off and will not enable Instant-On or the ability to turn on your console by saying ‘Xbox On’ until it reboots.

How to Test Internet Settings on Xbox One

The Xbox One connection test will be a good first step to check if everything on the local side is correctly set up.

Process:
1. Press the Xbox button to go to Home and from there select Settings -> Network
2. Select the network option you want to use:
Test Network Settings
Test Multi-player Connection
View Details Network Status

Uninstall Xbox One content

最最最简单的方法,下载一个PC版的origin客服端,输入你的账号密码进入后,设置一个安装问题就行
