有什么关???被收购的是时代华纳有线,只是时代华纳旗下的一个子公司,和另一个子公司华纳兄弟没一毛钱关系. ...

谁和你说的，新闻中的Time Warner Cable Inc（ 华纳传播公司）也就是我们通常说的Time Warner（时代华纳），分拆出去的是美国在线AOL,现在早就不值钱了，452亿买的是整个时代华纳。

那中国大型国企肯卖给外国？

别说卖给外国了，就算国内私企想收购，一句“防止国有资产流失”就可以否决了。更不用说股票上的做空。貌似我国上市国企也不存在做空机制。
