Trailer 2 for One Piece: Burning Blood has been released! This is Bandai Namco Entertainment and Spike Chunsoft’s first current-gen, console-based One Piece fighter and it features bouts of pirate action. The game is touting 3-vs-3, but from Saiyan Island’s understanding, this is similar to Naruto Storm 4′s leader system. Not all six characters will be fighting at once. Rather, two characters (one from each team) will be playable at the same time in a 1-vs-1 and players will be able to swap them in and out. Again, that’s just our understanding, we’ll let you know if Bandai Namco announces anything different.
In One Piece: Burning Blood, Logia-type Devil Fruit users will be able to use Logia Moves, allowing players to burn through their enemies or even move faster than lightning! Along with that, Logia-type users will be able to use Logia Guard, which allows those characters to be untouchable by physical attacks for limited amount of time. However, using the Haki blow is a solid counter to the Logia Guard.
Characters who have the power of other Devil Fruits will be able to use their own unique special attacks. Information for those hasn’t been released yet, but Saiyan Island hopes to keep you updated with the latest as soon as it’s announced! |
