求助，PSN账号被黑

该用户已被禁言

求助！

我的账号是美国的账号。

前几日PSN绑定邮箱发来两个playstation的官方邮件，见下方邮件，我意识到账号被黑。

结果登陆失败，说密码不对；然后找回密码，说没有这个用户信息。

我找sony 北美官网的live chat，每次都交谈到一半断线。

请问各位，账号还找得回来么？账号是怎么被黑的？长时间不用？？

上月刚找回过帐号，你参考下。。。。英语3级都过不了渣渣没法电话，只能在线客服。。。

麻烦死了，一开始的邮箱记不得了，一开始注册的主机序列也给她了，说都不对，算了.....
