n64 帧数的问题, 应该是游戏实际帧数就是这样, 像塞尔达就是在 18-20fps,测试 F-zero x 就有60fps,
其他游戏本身就是30fps的。

This depends on the game and is a fixed ratio to the VI/s. If an NTSC game is running at 60VI/s, or a PAL at 50VI/s, you are getting whatever FPS you are supposed to be getting (except for a minority of games which have issues, see ROM Browser). You have no way of knowing your actual FPS in Project64 without external software that can count them. Some rough examples: Mario ~29FPS, Zelda ~18FPS, F-ZeroX ~60FPS.
