应该和FF7R的港版一样可以下载PS5版然后把安装好的PS4版删除就行了

搜了一下，貌似是可以的。
Upgrading Tales of Arise (Physical) PS4 Version to PS5 Version
1 Sign in to your PSN account on the PS5.
2 Insert the Tales of Arise game disc.
3 Select “Game” for PS4 games.
4 Select the PS5 Upgrade under “Game.”
5 Check the contents.
6 Select Download to download the PS5 upgrade.
7 Launch Tales of Arise to play the PS5 version of the game.
