An issue has been found wherein in some rare circumstances players are unable to progress in the game.
The known issues and possible solutions are as follows:
Latest Update: 7 March, 2022
■ Known Issues
- Changes to the Car Settings are not applied, or it became impossible to save them;
- As a result, it is not possible to complete the Menu Book No. 6 ‘Tune a Classic Car’.
- In some cases, restarting the game resolves the issue.
■ Temporary Solution
- Restarting the game may allow you to advance;
- Purchasing another Mini-Cooper ‘S’ ’65 and tuning it will allow players to clear the menu and progress further. However, in-game Credits will need to be spent in order to purchase another Mini-Cooper ‘S’ ’65;
- If restarting the game does not solve the issue, then deleting the saved data from the console storage may fix the issue.
Below are the steps to follow for deleting saved data on PlayStation®5 console and PlayStation®4 system:
1. Delete Saved Data
- PlayStation®5 console: Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Select 'Saved Data (PS5)' > Console Storage > Delete > Select ‘Gran Turismo 7’ and delete all files.
- PlayStation®4 system: Settings > Application Saved Data Management > System Storage> Delete > Select 'Gran Turismo 7' and delete all files.
2. Restart the App.
Please note, deleting the saved data from the console storage will not affect your game or garage progression data.
We will continue to work on addressing these issues in future updates.
We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused. |
