It seem that you must input at least two tags for other people search you upload. Maybe you copy and paste the words below as tags would be a good way to solve you problem.

Xbird, I tried the tags; that seems to be fine, but it still gives me that blue notice box. No matter how many times I attempt to re-do it I cannot upload.  [s:254]

I don't know what else to try.....

So, you upload to *** and post the links here. Some one will get your video from *** and upload to youku. Some of us can visit ***.
