求救，XBOX的西瓜键无法使用

翻了很久没玩过的XBOX360出来玩
更新系统之后，按西瓜键，它说    快显功能表无法在展示模式中使用
而且无法退出游戏，游戏也无法存档
有人能告诉我是怎么回事么

Please send your console to the related plant and call for help from related department.
Belive in Microsoft and have a loyal heart, God will help you at 24:00 tonight when you shouting at the sky "Dear Mighty god please give me strength."

About button in a shape of watermaloon, there is few questions here.
If it doesnt work well then smash it and buy a new controller.
