就这个，账号名字你自己改下~主要是不要承认有买卖过coins，如果EA非说你买卖过，你就说是被盗号了~

然后邮件标题必须是这样，不然EA不回的。

然后这个你可以选择加或不加，建议先不加，如果EA3个工作日没回你，再加上，死马当活马医了，但这个是承认了有买过1次coins，但按EA的规定最多也只是警告，而不是直接封号。

I heard from you last night.I apologize for my purchasing coins.It was my carelessness that led to my violation.I didn't read your Terms of Services carefully before.And I have never received any warning letter from you when I violated your Terms of Services for the first purchasing.So I didn't know it was not allowed.Then it happened the second time without any consciousness,but just the second time.
I learned that some game player who purchased coins for twice,just like me.But they received your warning letter before and get a goodwill forgiveness rather than permanently blocking.How wish I received the warning letter and stopped my violation immediately.
I really hope you can investigate it again so that your punishment to me can be more suitable.
This is the first time that I violate your Terms of Services.And I swear that I will never do it again.I really love FIFA 15.It has been part of my life,and I hope I can keep on playing it forever.So please don't give me permanently closure.
