被EA整死了（有更新，帐号已经解封，感谢大家）

第一次我随便回了个骂EA的邮件，他就给我回复了这个：
Hello,

Product Name: FIFA 15
Email Address: 244856742@qq.com

Thank you for contacting us regarding the action that was taken on your account.

The action pertains to the following violation:

Promote, encourage or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency/items.

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account.

之后我也发了一次同样的结果，之后我就去HELP.EA.COM找客服聊了，客服说我这种被封号的情况只能发邮件去那个邮箱申诉才能拿回账号，但是他帮我备了个案到那个部门，还给我一个正确的申诉邮件格式，格式如下：
Banned Account – FIFA 15 – XXXXXX@qq.com
Include the following information in the Body of your email:


First name and last name:
Game/product name:
User name:
User name is your ID, PSN online ID, Xbox gamertag, or game-specific username.
Email address of your EA Account:
Where your game or product was purchased:
Banned or suspended:
Error/notification message received (if any):


上面就是要申诉的正确格式，发到accountdisputes@ea.com这里进行申诉
之后我又等了第三个72个小时，给我发来解封邮件了：Hello,

Thanks for waiting while we investigate your query about your FIFA 15 account.

After we review your case, we will update you as soon as possible.

You can review the full Terms of Service at

当时我回的邮件是这样写的，名字和PSNID自己写自己的，邮箱账号换自己的，还有游戏是实体还是数字版写清楚，然后写出有异议的地方

我也是买的数字打折版，而且我还不玩那个线上模式，主要买来就是和朋友偶尔联机，以及朋友聚会的时候大家一起单机对战一下。
老子真的日了EA的狗了，莫名其妙收到封号邮件，心里的火简直压不住了！
已经写邮件给EA ，要求调查清楚解封，等待回复中。

EA的號很易被盜 不管是梆PSN還是PC上用ORIGIN 要嘛就被改了帳密 很麻煩的 建議凡是出了問題又能拿回來就改帳密

一样啊，我也是上次打折买的豪华版，自带金币。
我玩都不玩那个UT模式，EA真的太烂了。
现在还在找EA扯皮。

反正今后绝对不会买一个EA的游戏！！！ 纯属一个2B公司，太傲慢了。
