官网购入的下载版PS4存档修改器退款姿势

目前的情况说明

我是3月3日在官网购入的，已激活并绑定PSN，但因为手上没仁王的关系一个游戏都没有修改成功，观望了一段时间后还是无法进行编辑所以发起了退款
，这边把整个退款流程告知大家，希望对也想退款的朋友有所帮助。

1. 准备好你的订单编号与当时官网发给你标题为“【サイバーガジェットオンラインショップ】ご注文確認メール(自動配信)”的邮件（如果找不到了应该也可以）。
2. 直接回复该邮件，内容中包含你的订单号与想要退款的理由，如图。


3. 如果没有问题客服会回复邮件告知已退款


4. 接着就等待钱入账即可

无法退回信用卡？就是修改器的key不能用了，但是钱也没回来？

应该key还能用的，只不过不能退回信用卡，所以退款流程没走完

Dear customer service,
    I bought Your company's product “PS4 saves editor” on 你买的日期. As far as I know Hong Kong games can support saves editor by modifying the game code. Unfortunately， After I bought this method won't work. Modify the save has appeared in the process of "no response" error. So I want a refund, thank you.

Dear customer service,
    I purchased PS4 Save Editor on 你买的日期 based on my previous experience with PS3 Save Editor that some games from regions outside Japan could be supported by changing the CUSA code. However, the same doesn't happen on the PS4 version. Changing the CUSA code does allow me to access the basic functions of the save editor, but when the patch is being applied, there will always be a server error. Since there's no way so far to resolve the issue, I would really appreciate it if I can get a refund. ありがとうございます！

我仁王挖坟的时候见过750级的 应该是可以改的。不过退款是明智的选择 这东西如果影响平衡性 被封是早晚的事
