Wad Manager v1.21

-  Update for WAD Manager. This release is version 1.21. I believe that this fixes the “ERROR” issue when installing

Wad Manager v1.2

– If a Custom IOS is detected, the WAD Manager automatically loaded for

cIOS Downgrader v1.2

– If you install a data system or a console device needed for its funcionamientoFirmware of different region without changing the region
  the console, get a semibrick.

  I recommend changing the region of the console to match the

WAD Manager v1.2下载最好要看一下，因为星期4放出的那版WAD Manager v1.2是有BUG的，会有Retrieving device content, please wait... ERROR ! (ret = -1)这样的错误，新的下载连接标明了FIXED的字样。
